Our deepest appreciation goes to all who helped us provide a happy Christmas to an Ichabod Crane family. Thank you for the gifts, the food and the money to buy clothes and toys.
Our appreciation also goes to the many people who made our Christmas cookie decorating party on Saturday such a fun and successful occasion. Thank you to the kids and parents who attended, to Santa Claus who listened to all the Christmas requests, to Amy who made 125 delicious sugar cookies in at least 5 different seasonal shapes and to Tots the Clown who provided the wonderful balloons. Thank you to library staff: Lauren, who organized both events and Lucille, who was always there when a task needed to be completed.
A very special shout-out goes to Ichabod Crane senior Nicole, who wrapped all the presents, helped prepare the frosting bags, handed out cookies, helped kids with decorating and worked on cleanup.
